A DIY or fixer-uppers dream. Great deals in second hand furniture. I was so happy once I left. I didn't go there for building materials so I can't speak to the quality of those items .

If you're looking for items for small home projects, this is the place for you! If you're looking to replace doors in your home at great prices 👌 knowledgeable and helpful staff too.

Lots and lots of different home related items including furniture for great prices (better than thrift stores in most cases)

Good place to by used goods like doors and hardwood floors and kitchen stuff they have tools and almost anything you need. Price is decent but some stuff are over priced.

Love shopping at Habitat. Great place to find unique fixtures at a very decent price and the proceeds go to a fantastic charity!

These stores are an interesting phenomena. They recycle excess building products - reducing waste and providing employment (which is good for all of us). The main benefit to us individual clients is that we can find good products (that have been discarded) and put them into service in our homes without great expense. The downside to this is that the search often yields items other than what we went looking for, and there are no guarantees. The purchaser has to know what they are buying, and how to make it work for them. While this is often the exciting part of the experience, it can be disappointing, too. (Be warned.) I have purchased many hundreds of items (often high-end) and had only a few dozen disappointments.

I always find something I need and many other things I didn't think I needed!

Haven't ever been there but it was great ill be back now that I know how to get into the place

Friendly, helpful staff. Great prices! I got a shelving unit for $25 and it is perfect for what I needed it for. Got a couch set for $50, in good condition. Needed a small amount of repairing. A bit of glue and a few staples, and it's good as new!

Great selection although some things a little pricey

Don't always find exactly what I'm looking for but it's always my first stop before a hardware store. Usually I can find at least some of what I need at a fraction the price.

I shop here whenever possible for building materials. Even if it wasn't significantly cheaper, you're helping an organization that actually helps the less fortunate in our community.

Very good prices on mist items. Good variety of renovation materials. Great place if you have time to just browse and find those items you usually forget to pick up. Best to give yourself a couple of hours to shop. Staff are usually really helpful. You can call to see if they got any large quantity items in that day and reserve it for a short time to go pick it up. Great place to get lights light bulbs kitchen cabinet hardware door handles and knobs doors windows hardwood mouldings flooring and tiles if you only need small quantity or can mix and match. Some items are not much cheaper and you should check for damage or expiry dates on these such as glues adhesives foam spray grout and other compounds. If the price is close to the same as retail stores I would buy where I know the product is new fresh and never opened.I really appreciate that they're growing adding more outlets extending their hours and have an email flyer you can subscribe too.

Best place to get items for your renovation and other needs.

Wow what a place! There was so much interesting furniture I didn't know where to start. It was easy to find the couch and recliner that I wanted, and they were more than reasonably priced. After that we wandered around looking at all kinds of fabulous things, that I didn't need. Many of which were hard to resist. The only thing I might critique is the location, it's fairly difficult to find and get to. However it's more than worth it.

Went to both Resale stores in Edmonton today. Didn't find a bathroom vanity as I was looking for, but picked up a few pocture frames. They have an amazing inventory of "stuff" at these stores. Some of it is completely new and still in original wrappers. And prices are good all the way to amazingly good. If you have never been, I recommend that you take an hour some day and wander around. You'll likely find something that you 'need'.

Great service offered here. Donated furniture is sold &the profits help build homes for those who can't afford them. They have a helpful staff & everything you would need to run a home. The items are a good quality & price.

Time well spent if you don't mind a dent or a scratch. All sorts of furniture, music, books, paints, doors and so on!I found four CDs and two books for $4.50! Hooray!This is a place to check out, bargains are everywhere!

This store is amazingly priced and very helpful to people who are low income. I couldn't believe the two rugs I bought here. They were 140.00 at Walmart and just because the bag they were in was ripped open I got them both for 20.00 and a vaccum that lasted two years for 25.00. I would highly recommend this store to anyone low income or not if you are doing renovations of any kind in your home this is the place to come. All materials are dirt cheap..Easy 5 🌟

What an awesome place! Everyone should know about these stores. Like a home depot, value village, and reuse centre combined. So many tools, furniture, building supplies, DIY and art materials, health equipment and inspiration throughout. All for incredibly fair prices and a good cause. Come here first before buying anything new!

Lots of great deals to be had here

A fantastic volunteer gig. I really like how easily it is to book a volunteer shift and how seamlessly they train their volunteers so we can quickly contribute in a meaningful way. It's always interesting to see what's been stocked on the shelves too lol

Habitat is great for smaller projects. As they carry stuff from various hardware stores like home Depot, when a small piece is missing or their unable to sell it becomes a donation to habitat. The North location has a great selection of cabinet doors; if you're looking to update your kitchen great place to check out. They as well accept donations if you've renovated, downsizing and don't want to scrap it at the dump. Windows, doors, handles, hardware ect

Always a great place to be when you need something

Such a clean and well stocked place where they don't gouge you at the till...and honest in stead of making some thing up the gentle men said I'm not familiar with that let me find someone that can help you,....

This place has become quite crowded. They may have an inventory challenge as it is a bit difficult to get around now. They have a wide variety of items for your house. Also lots of items that you could consider upcycling with. If you need a specific item it may be difficult to find but it is worth checking out. Also the funds go to good cause.

My second time visiting here and both times I came out with something but went in to browse.. that's a bonus for sure. They could be more organized as is very disorganized and that can be frustrating. I'll be back!

It's hit or miss but if you keep going back you'll usually find what you need and the price is reasonable. I re-did a nice wooden table and set of 6 chairs painted and re-upholstered and you cannot tell they were not a matching set.

The chance to find something useful for a renovation project whilst having your money go to a worthy cause makes the trip worthwhile. That being said they need to reevaluate how they price their used furniture. That section is ridiculously overpriced and it shows in how the selection never turns over. I wouldn't be surprised if they have to turn donations away because they can't get rid of their current junk.

Overall good pricing, but hit and miss for some products. All depends on what they get in.

Good place to get all sorts of recycled items. People bring in stuff to be resold. You never know what might be there. Like a large hardware store. Some furniture also.

First time here.. Found closet door I was in need off..Very friendly staff..the young man helping me measure door very nice & carried it out to car for me.. Reasonable prices & profits go to good cause. Will certainly visit again..

Great place to go to pick up odds and ends hardware, used furniture, carpet and a whole range of other stuff. Much of the stuff is new still in the box. Staff was real helpful.

You know everything I need at the time I'd go over there and the restore has it it's used but that's fine it works I once bought a Ryobi Backpack Blower she said the guy just brought it in and the price is a hundred bucks they are $259 at Home Depot so needless to say I grabbed and took it home put some gas in it mix 50 to 1 hand pump the primary three times choked it like it says it fired right away and when I took the choke off it kept running and I'm still using it one year later and they do have deals like that all the time there and Habitat for Humanity is a great thing for people who just cannot afford houses get built for them Jimmy Carter was even there and Evan can hear sorry and I guess that's what he just loves to do charity work no charge just free labor the tools bring him just look up have it at Humanity.. If you want. If you want to do. If you want to do something. If you want to do something for for a good cause give me a call and I'll tell you where to go and be ready to meet a lot of wonderful people for their just help someone who needs help that's what life's all about help when you can if you can't find out where you can

Cant knock cheap stuff. But with bigger items make sure your comparing what they compared it with. Seen a few things that were more than new cause they got a pruce for a different brand all together.

Goldmine of finds for the home at a great deal. Everything from screws and fixtures to books and toys. Great place.

This location has a better selection of finishing products for interior work but a poor selection, and poor storage, of exterior items. This location is also a bit difficult to get to.

Always a great time I plan on having extra time to explore because there's always something new to see staff is helpful but sometimes not knowledgeable on all aspects of the materialsWhich is fine because you're .getting a great deal on it if you know what to look for

Great place for almost all the bits necessary for construction and renovation. Then there is occasionally Furniture, Microwaves Range hoods and even books and records.

When I built our house we traveled 8hrs to the Edmonton Restore to purchase windows for the house. I was very impressed in that we filled a u haul trailer and the back of our truck for $1600. Whenever I am near the city one of the first places I go is to the restore.

Find the prices are getting to be close to retail price for most products. No defined sections in hardware section (ie. Plumbing, electrical)

Busy place... staff need more computer training at front gate.... line-up went from 2 cars to 13 while waiting for office person to come outside and fix the computer. Otherwise they're quite organized
